You will need the following ingredients:

- lemon juice from 1 lemon

- 5 apples – 1/2 cup water

- 1 envelope caramel hot chocolate mix

- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

- 1/4 cup caramel sauce

- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1 cup Vodka

Instructions:

Cut the apples in half and scoop out the inside. Place the apple into a muffin pan and squeeze or brush lemon juice. Put in the refrigerator until the filling is prepared. In a saucepan, blend water with hot chocolate mix and whisk until the cocoa is dissolved. Add evaporated milk and caramel sauce and continue to whisk. Sprinkle the gelatin smoothly and allow to sit for 2 minutes. Heat the mixture over low heat, whisking slowly, until its reaches a delicate simmer and ensure that the gelatin is totally dissolved. Put sugar and simmer gently for about a minute. Let mixture cool and add vodka. Fill each apple cup with caramel jello mixture. Now, put into the refrigerator a few hours. For serving, put apples flesh-down (Jello down) and cut lengthwise in half, then in half again. Enjoy!
