DESSERTS RECIPES

for the smoothie:
1-2 frozen bananas
1/3 cup almond or soy milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp stevia sugar
4 tbsp oats
1 tsp nutbutter of choice (preferably peanut butter)

some fresh blueberries


1. add the bananas and the milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. add the cacao powder, stevia sugar, oats and nutbutter and blend again until smooth.
3. add half of the smoothie into a glass, add some fresh blueberries and top again with blueberries.
