1 cucumber

½ a lemon

1 teaspoon of grated ginger

1/3 of a cup of water

A bunch of parsley

Preparation

Just mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get a homogenous mixture, then drink the mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and right before going to bed.

Repeat the process every day and you will be able to notice the improvements in a few weeks!
