Here is the Rainbow foil and glue. Both are available on eBay.
Have your pieces of foil, slightly bigger than your nail, ready prepared.
Paint your nails your base colour and let them dry.
Dab the glue on in random patches. I don't cover the whole nail as it's too hard to cover it with the foil as my nails have quite a curve to them.
Let the glue dry completely so that it goes absolutely translucent. You can speed this process up using a hair dryer. If the glue isn't clear, the foil won't come off the backing plastic.
Place the foil over your nail.
Rub the foil with your finger until you can see the colour staying on your nail and the clear backing paper being left.
There you go!
