Przepisy na ciasta i nie tylko

Ingredients
1 cup steamed broccoli
1 cup steamed cauliflower
50g salami
1 small onion
4 eggs
1/2 cup cream
pinch of paprika
1 teaspoon ground garlic
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons grated cheese for topping (I used Grana Padano)
1 packet puff pastry roll

Method
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place a baking tray into oven.
Roll out pastry onto your disk, ideally one that is smaller than the puff pastry.
Place vegetables and salami onto pastry. Whisk eggs and cream together, season with salt, pepper, paprika and ground garlic. Pour over vegetables, and with a fork, press down vegetables into the egg mixture, slightly mashing the veggies into the mixture, just making sure the egg mixture fills the whole dish.
Place onions on top of the quiche, so that they crisp properly and top with grated cheese.
Fold over edges of puff pastry.
Reduce oven to 180°C. Return quiche to hot tray. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Stand for 10 minutes. Serve.
