Paleo Zucchini-Puffer

Ingredients

5 medium sized zucchinis grated,
2 tsp salt
¼ cup coconut flour
1 egg beaten,
1 teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Ghee or coconut oil for frying

Instructions

1. Grate the courgettes and place in a large bowl, add salt and let stand for 10 minutes.
2. Now put the liquid from the grated zucchini with your hands and place in a separate bowl.
3. Add coconut flour, egg and pepper to zucchini and mix well. Then forms the buffer.
4. Low Melt ghee or coconut oil in a pan on medium heat until the buffer and in from each side about 3-5 minutes roast will brown to them.
