Usage Instructions of Neon Glow Powder
Mixing with Medium: The powder can be mixed with a clear medium, such as resin, paint, glue, or nail polish.

Exposure to Light: To charge the glow powder, expose it to a light source. UV light provides the best results, but sunlight or artificial light also works.

Application: Apply the mixture to the desired surface. Multiple coats may enhance the glow effect.

Duration: After charging, the powder will glow in the dark for several hours, gradually diminishing over time.
