Tool machinery we own
JCL tool houses are equipped with a range of machinery and equipment to handle the various stages of tool manufacturing and maintenance. Some of the common machinery includes:

CNC Machines for precision machining operations
Wire EDM Machine for precise cutting and shaping of hardened tool steel
Surface Grinder to achieve tight tolerances and smooth finishes on the surfaces of tool components,

Manual and CNC Lathes used to turn, shape, and bore cylindrical parts

Types of tools we made
Progressive Die Tooling
In progressive stamping, the metal strip or sheet is continuously fed through the die, and multiple operations are performed at different stations along the feeding path. Each station only performed one forming operation at a time but continuously the metal can be entirely shaped after all stations are carried out. Progressive stamping dies offer high-volume production capabilities and are well-suited for applications that require speed and efficiency.
