Her over 18 years of experience includes the fields of personal injury, insurance litigation, business litigation, and transactional work for multimillion-dollar companies. Ms. Ghafoor's current practice focuses on complex civil and commercial litigation and China practice at various levels of state and federal court, as well as appeals.
Recent victories include assistance with a federal trade secret misappropriation case resulting in a $10 million jury verdict; Final Judgment secured in federal court in the amount of $3,031,597.49 for a breach of contract case; and a state court Jury Verdict amounting to $8,150,000 in the aggregate for claims including breach of contract and fraud.
