PLUM OATMEAL - best for breakfast
- 3 plums
- 4 spoons of oats
- 2 spoons of coconut
- 1/2 banana
- 2 dates
- 1 spoon of linseed
- a few walnuts
Cut plums into small pieces and put them into pot. Fry for a while. Add water, oats, coconuts and dates. Boil for a few minutes for make your favourite consistency.
Put oatmeal into bowl. Add linseeds, banana and walnuts.
