Four Shot Molding
Multiple materials or colors may be used in a single mold through a plastic injection molding method called Four Shot Molding, also known as Multi-Shot Molding. This process, which differs from the typical injection molding process, allows for the production of complex items with a variety of parts or colors in a single cycle.

An initial material or color is injected into the mold during the 4k injection moulding process, and then a second material or color is injected on top of the first. Up to four distinct materials or colors can be produced in a single production cycle. You can carry out this process multiple times as necessary.
