Skinny Green Spaghetti

Ingredients;
100g of soft cheese
Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
Juice of half a lemon
Handful of fresh basil leaves
Small handful of fresh mint leaves
1 ½ cup of green peas
Pinch of salt and pepper
300g of pasta
1 cup of fresh broccoli
200g of fresh asparagus

Preparation;
--In the mixing bowl mix together soft cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh basil, 1 cup of green peas. Mix it and then blend in food processor.
--Cook pasta according to the instructions on the box. 3 minutes before it is ready ad small broccoli cut into pieces.
--One minute before the end of cooking time, add one asparagus and the rest of green peas.
--Drain water.
--Move pasta and veggies back into a pan. Stir in cheese sauce. Keep on heat just for a moment. Season with salt and pepper.
On the plates decorate with fresh mint.
