For the 'cookies' you need only:

⭐ 1 cup soft, fresh dates
⭐ 3/4 cup oats
⭐ 1/4 cup pecan nuts
⭐ 3 tbsp cocoa powder
⭐ 1 tbsp maple syrup
⭐ pinch of salt
⭐ few drops of vanilla extract (optional)

Process everything until sticky dough is formed. Cut or form with your hands round cookie shapes and layer them with banana and strawberry slices
