vanilla chia pudding with a kiwi-nana and mango smoothie
for the chia pudding:

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup almond or soy milk

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 tsp stevia sugar



for the smoothie:

1 banana

1/2 mango

2 kiwis

1 splash of water

1 splash of almond or soy milk

1 tsp stevia sugar





1. add the chia seeds, almond or soy milk, vanilla extract and stevia sugar into a glas and stir well. soak in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. i prefer the overnight version. ;)

2. for the smoothie add the banana, mango kiwis, water, almond or soy milk and stevia sugar into a blender and blend until smooth.

3. take the chia pudding out of the fridge, stir well and add into a glass. you can add some kiwi slices and arrange them the way i did it but that's optional. add the smoothie on top of the chia pudding.
